Is it as good as ChatGPT?
For drafting, summarizing and searching your own documents, it does the job well. The largest cloud models are still stronger at open-ended reasoning, so we set it up around the tasks where it does well.
Does this make us compliant?
Keeping data on your own network removes one big risk, but compliance depends on your policies too. We document how the system handles data so you can show it to your insurer, clients or regulator.
What happens if the machine breaks?
Support includes monitoring and backups. Hardware carries the manufacturer’s warranty, and we handle the replacement and restore.
We already have an IT provider.
